I have just registered my organisation and I have not yet received the confirmation email containing my personal access code. What shall I do?
If you do not receive the automatic email with your personal access code (user name and password) once you have registered your organization, please send an online request to the QUERCUS+ management team. Our technical staff will search for the cause of it and will send you your access code by email (please be sure the email address inserted by yourself in the application form is correct).

I have just submitted a placement offer and the confirmation message does not appear on the screen. What shall I do?
Make sure you have correctly completed all the fields on the form. If this is the case but the system is not storing your offer automatically at the first attempt, this may be due to technical problems. In this case, please send an online request to the project management team. We will analyze the problem and give you a respond at the earliest possible.

How long does a placement last?
The time period provided in order to undertake the placement is 5 months.

Which degrees are holding the candidates participating in QUERCUS+?
Final year or recent Graduated University Students
In all degrees offered by Extremadura University.

Final year or recent Graduated Vocational Training Students
These candidates will have a degree on Kitchen Management, Foodservice Management and Travel Agencies and Events Management.

How many trainees can I apply for?
There is no fixed limit and if your organisation can establish work programmes for more than one trainee, multiple offers are surely welcome. In this case, you would just need to submit for each trainee you apply for a separate application form.

We would like to support our trainee with financial help and/or a contribution in kind in addition to the QUERCUS+ grant. Do we need to indicate this contribution in any document?
Any host organisation wishing to contribute to the subsistence of its trainee by means of financial help and/or a contribution in kind must indicate this in the placement offer form to be submitted through the application website. The contribution will be highly valuated and communicated to the Erasmus+ Programme as good practice.

What kind of relationship does the QUERCUS+ grant recipient has with the host organisation?
The relationships between grant recipients and host organisations are not of an employment nature. These relationships are governed by a standardised Training Agreement approved by the ERASMUS+ Programme of the European Commission.
